A group for anyone who wants to kick start their creativity. We will use meditation to get in touch with our own creative energy, then use paints, pictures and paper to produce our own unique paintings and collages. No previous experience or abilities needed. The emphasis will be on creating a fun, supportive group where we can all develop our innate creativity.

This is a group for anyone who wants to get creative and have fun. We will use collage, paints and other mixed-media materials to create colourful art works. Everyone is welcome whether you are an artist who needs a kick start or a complete beginner who thinks they can't draw. There will be lots of enjoyable exercises to get you going and basic materials will be provided. The emphasis will be on enjoying the process of making things rather than worrying about the results. The intention of this meet up is to bring people together who have an interest in exploring their own creativity and being open to new challenges.
